THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1145 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY

   IN THE WEST CENTRAL PART OF MINNESOTA
      EASTERN OTTER TAIL

AT 1035 PM CDT...OTTERTAIL SHERIFF REPORTED 1 1/2 INCH HAIL AT
BATTLE LAKE MINNESOTA. THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST
AT 30 MPH.

A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER...
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY TO PRODUCE TORNADOES
WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.  REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO
RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS.  IF YOU SPOT A FUNNEL OR A
