THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 715 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF NORTH DAKOTA
      WESTERN RANSOM...WESTERN SARGENT

THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE CITIES OF FORMAN...GWINNER AND LISBON.

AT 615 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A RAPIDLY DEVELOPING SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM 35 MILES SOUTHWEST OF LISBON OR 60 MILES SOUTH OF
JAMESTOWN.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH...PREPARE FOR
DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL...AND DEADLY LIGHTNING.  PEOPLE OUTSIDE
SHOULD MOVE TO SHELTER...PREFERABLY INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING.  ONCE
INSIDE...STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.

A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER...
