IN NORTHWEST GEORGIA ...SOUTHERN CARROLL COUNTY...NORTHWESTERN COWETA COUNTY ...HEARD COUNTY AT 735 WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF FRANKLIN MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 55 MILES AN HOUR. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
