000 TTAA00 KATL 280218 RRA SVRATL GAC271-309-280300- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PEACHTREE CITY GA 1019 PM EDT FRI OCT 27 1995 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PEACHTREE CITY HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1100 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS... IN CENTRAL GEORGIA ...TELFAIR COUNTY...WHEELER COUNTY AT 1017 PM EDT DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM EXTNDING FROM CHAUNCEY TO COBBVILLE MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH. THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LARGE HAIL AND STRONG WINDS. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING. REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS.
