IN NORTHEAST GEORGIA ...NORTH CENTRAL HABERSHAM COUNTY...SOUTHERN RABUN COUNTY AT 330 PM EDT, ATHENS RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ON THE BORDER OF RABUN AND HABERSHAM COUNTIES.
