THIS STORM CAUSED PEA SIZED HAIL NEAR JOHNSON CITY 20 MINUTES
AGO...AND SINCE THEN...THIS STORM HAS INCREASED IN STRENGTH.
 
AS A RESULT...THIS STORM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE LARGE HAIL
AND DAMAGING IN THE NEXT HOUR...AS IT AFFECTS NORTHWEST...NORTHERN
AND PARTS OF CENTRAL TRAVIS COUNTY...INCLUDING THE WEST TO NORTH
PARTS OF THE AUSTIN METROPOLITAN AREA.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WINDS CAN REACH SPEEDS OVER 60 MPH.  THESE WINDS
BLOW DOWN TREES...POWER LINES...AND SEVERELY DAMAGE MOBILE HOMES...
SOMETIMES BUILDINGS.  VERY LARGE HAIL CAN INJURE ANYONE CAUGHT
