QUEMADO MOVING TOWARD THE EAST AT 30 MPH. THIS STORMS WILL AFFECT
QUEMADO AND NORMANDY BY 945 PM.
 
WINDS WITH THIS STORM WILL LIKELY REACH SPEEDS OF 60 MPH.
 
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WINDS CAN REACH SPEEDS OVER 60 MPH.  THESE WINDS
BLOW DOWN TREEBS...POWER LINES...AND SEVERELY DAMAGE MOBILE HOMES...
