SOUTHWEST AT 15 MPH. THE STORM WILL ENTER LAREDO SHORTLY.
 
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WINDS CAN REACH SPEEDS OVER 60 MPH.  THESE WINDS
BLOW DOWN TREES...POWER LINES...AND SEVERELY DAMAGE MOBILE HOMES...
