AT 410 PM...RADAR INDICATED WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH WERE NEARING
THE VILLAGE QUEMADO IN NORTHERN MAVERICK COUNTRY. THE STORM WAS
MOVING SOUTHWEST AT 25 MPH.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WINDS CAN REACH SPEEDS OVER 60 MPH.  THESE WINDS
BLOW DOWN TREES...POWER LINES...AND SEVERELY DAMAGE MOBILE HOMES...
