AT 545 PM CDT DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM NEAR BULVERDE MOVING TO THE SOUTHWEST AT 25 MPH.
THIS STORM HAS THE CAPABILITY TO PRODUCE VERY STRONG WINDS AND
VERY HEAVY RAIN IN A SHORT TIME OVER NORTHWEST BEXAR COUNTY.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WINDS CAN REACH SPEEDS OVER 60 MPH.  THESE W"INDS
BLOW DOWN TREES...POWER LINES...AND SEVERELY DAMAGE MOBILE HOMES...
SOMETIMES BUILDINGS.  VERY LARGE HAIL CAN INJURE ANYONE CAUGHT
