AT 250 PM STRONG THUNDERSTORMS HAD DEVELOPED 40 TO 50 MILES WEST OF THE RIO GRANDE IN NORTHEAST MEXICO AND BY 310PM HAD MOVED TO WITHIN 30 30 MILES OF LAKE AMISTAD. THESE STORMS LIKELY CONTAIN LARGE HAIL... GUSTY WINDS AND HEAVY RAINFALL. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING TO THE EAST NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH AND SHOULD BE APROACHING THE RIO GRANDE RIVER BY 400 PM.
