AT 1210 PM MDT (110 PM CDT) THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING RAPIDLY ACROSS
FAR WEST TEXAS AND SOUTHERN NEW MEXICO. RADAR SHOWED STRONG CELLS 20 MIL
EAST AND SOUTHEAST OF EL PASO MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

THUDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST TO CONITINUE TO DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON AND
EARLY EVENING IN THE EL PASO AREA AND THROUGHOUT FAR WEST TEXAS.
