AND STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL NOON PST FOR PEOPLE IN THE
FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN NORTHWESTERN CALIFORNIA

  ...WEST CENTRAL HUMBOLDT COUNTY
     INCLUDING EUREKA AND ARCATA

THE SMALL RIVER AND STREAM FLOOD WARNING FOR WEST CENTRAL HUMBOLDT
COUNTY IS EXTENDED UNTIL NOON PST.  ELK RIVER ROAD SOUTH OF EUREKA IS
BEING FLOODED IN SPOTS ALONG ELK RIVER AND BAYSIDE RD IS FLOODED AT
HWY 101 SOUTH OF ARCATA.  NUMEROUS OTHER REPORTS OF MINOR FLOODING IN
THE ARCATA/EUREKA AREA HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.

WITH THE RAINS LETTING UP AND THE MORNING HIGH TIDE NOW GOING OUT THE
MINOR FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS SHOULD RECEDE BY NOON.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THROUGH RISING WATER.
