000 TTAA00 KCOU 080541 SVRCOU MOC141-080630- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE COLUMBIA MO 1239 AM CDT MON MAY 8 1995 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN COLUMBIA HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 130 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN CENTRAL MISSOURI ...MORGAN COUNTY AT 1235AM AN INTENSIFYING LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED FROM 10 MILES SOUTH OF SEDALIA...NEAR COLE CAMP...TO 50 MILES SOUTHWEST OF JEFFERSON CITY...OR 20 MILES WEST OF OSAGE BEACH. THE STRONGEST PART OF THIS LINE WAS JUST ENTERING THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF MORGAN COUNTY. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH. TOWNS IN THE PATH OF THESE STORMS INCLUDE VERSAILLES...GRAVOIS MILLS...STOVER...AND BARNETT.
