IN WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI ...BATES COUNTY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED DAMAGING WINDS ASSOCIATED WITH A FAST MOVING SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ALONG THE STATE LINE NEAR FT. SCOTT. WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH ARE LIKELY IN RICH HILL AND BUTLER. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...
