SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  930 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTHEAST KANSAS
 
   ...DONIPHAN COUNTY
 
AT 838 PM...A DEVELOPING SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN EASTERN BROWN COUNTY WAS
MOVING TOWARD WESTERN DONIPHAN COUNTY AND SHOULD REACH THE TOWNS OF HIGH
NAND DENTON BY 850 PM. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH WHICH WOULD
PLACE IT NEAR THE TOWN OF TROY BETWEEN 900 AND 915 PM.
 
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A
ST RONG BUILDING.  DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...
AND DEADLY LIGHTNING ARE ALL POSSIBLE IN SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS.
STAY INSIDE AWAY FROM WINDOWS UNTIL THE STORM HAS PASSED.
