000 TTAA00 KCOU 280435 FFWCOU MOC169-280530- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED FLASH FLOOD WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE COLUMBIA MO 1133 PM CDT SAT MAY 27 1995 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN COLUMBIA HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1230 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN CENTRAL MISSOURI ...PULASKI COUNTY AT 1130 PM WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS MOVING ACROSS PULASKI COUNTY. HEAVY RAIN AND WINDS TO 35 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED UNTIL 1215 AM. FLOODING IS LIKELY DUE TO THE ALREADY SATURATED GROUND AND DUE TO THE RAIN ALREADY RECIEVED TODAY. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
