IN CENTRAL MISSOURI ...COOPER COUNTY...PETTIS COUNTY THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL CONTINUE ACROSS PETTIS AND COOPER COUNTIES AT 345 AM. THE HEAVY RAIN...FALLING ON ALREADY SATURATED GROUND...WILL QUICKLY RUN OFF. RAPID RISES ON CREEKS AND STREAMS IS LIKELY DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE NORTHEAST ACROSS THE WARNED AREA THIS MORNING ...ADDING FURTHER TO THE DANGER OF FLASH FLOODING.
