IN EAST CENTRAL IOWA ...CLINTON COUNTY...SCOTT COUNTY AT 508 PM CDT...SPOTTERS REPORTED A TORNADO ON THE GROUND NEAR NEW LIBERTY MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR. RADAR AND PREVIOUS SURFACE REPORTS INDICATED ANOTHER TORNADO NEAR WALCOTT MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR.
