IN EAST CENTRAL IOWA ...CEDAR COUNTY...MUSCATINE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST IOWA ...NORTHERN LOUISA COUNTY AT 343 PM CDT...SHERIFFS OFFICIALS IN MUSCATINE INDICATED A TORNADO TOUCHED DOWN TWICE JUST WEST OF MUSCATINE.
