SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  845 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTHEAST IOWA
 
   ...DUBUQUE COUNTY
 
AT 743 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR HOLY
CROSS...IN DUBUQUE COUNTY. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 30
MPH...AND SHOULD AFFECT THE TOWNS OF BALLTOWN AND DUBUQUE BY 800 PM CDT.
THESE STORMS WILL PRODUCE LARGE HAIL AND WIND GUST IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.
