THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN QUAD CITIES IA HAS ISSUED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  730 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN EAST CENTRAL IOWA

   ...CLINTON COUNTY...SCOTT COUNTY

AT 6:25PM..DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THE LEADING EDGE OF A BOWING LINE OF
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FORM LOWDEN TO DURANT IN CEDAR COUNTY. THIS LINE
WILL ENTER CLINTON COUNTY NEAR WHEATLAND AND SCOTT COUNTY NEAR NEW
LIBERTY BY 6:30PM.

EXPECT DAMAGING THUNDERSTORMS WINDS WITH THE PASSAGE OF THIS LINE OF
THUNDERSTORMS.  DAMAGE TO TREES AND SEVERAL SMALL BUILDINGS WAS REPORTED
ACROSS CENTRAL CEDAR COUNTY EARLIER WITH THESE STORMS.

THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY OF DAMAGING WIND.  GO INSIDE A STURDY
BUILDING AND STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS!
