AT 411 PM CDT...SPOTTERS REPORTED 50 MPH WINDS IN DELAWARE COUNTY. THIS
STORM WILL LIKELY INCREASE IN STRENGTH AND PRODUCE NEAR 60 MPH WINDS. AT
412 PM CDT...IT WAS LOCATED 10 MILES SOUTHEAST OF MANCHESTER MOVING EAST
30 MPH. AT 420 PM...THIS DEVELOPING SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE IN
DRYERSVILLE. AT 430 PM IT WIL^L APPROACH HOLY CROSS.

A STRONG THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINS AND POSSIBLY HAIL UP
TO HALF AN INCH WILL ENTER BUCHANAN COUNTY AROUND 325 PM.  THIS STORM
WILL ENTER THE COUNTY BETWEEN FAIRBANK AND JESUP... AND MOVE TO NEAR
HAZLETON BY 345 PM.
