AT 956 AM..RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES SOUTH MUSCATINE
AND SHOULD REACH MUSCATINE MOMENTARILY WITH WINDS IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH.
THIS STORM IS MOVING TO THE NORTH AT 50 MPH AND WILL PASS 10 MILES TO
THE WEST OF LIBERTY BY 910 AM.
