AT 417 AM CDT...RADAR AND SURFACE REPORTS INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS
FALLEN OVER AND AROUND THE TOWN OF MORRISON. UP TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS
LIKELY FALLEN OVER THIS AREA. VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE FOR AT LEAST
THE NEXT HOUR OVER MORRISON WITH ANOTHER INCH POSSIBLE.
