SOUTHEAST LOWER MICHIGAN UNTIL 1 AM...

TORNADO WATCH NUMBER 214 HAS BEEN ISSUED UNTIL 1 AM FOR A GOOD PART
OF SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN. COMMUNITIES IN THE WATCH
AREA INCLUDE GRAND RAPIDS... JACKSON... LANSING... AND DETROIT.

AT 635 PM... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED SCATTERED
THUNDERSTORMS NORTH AND SOUTH OF THE DETROIT AREA.  ONE STRONG
STORM JUST NORTH OF DOWNTOWN DETROIT WAS MOVING NORTHEAST INTO
LAKE ST. CLAIR.
