* AT 605 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR BUFFALO
  CENTER 40 MILES NORTHEAST OF MASON CITY MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
  ANOTHER SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS OVER SOUTHERN FAIRBAULT COUNTY
  MINNESOTA AND WAS ALSO MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* THE FIRST STORM WILL BE OVER OPEN AREAS SOUTHEAST OF BUFFALO CENTER BY
  630 PM. THE SECOND STORM WILL MOVE INTO NORTHERN WINNEBAGO COUNTY BY
  635 PM.

  EXPECT HAIL UP TO ONE INCH IN DIAMETER ALONG WITH WINDS TO 60 MPH.
