FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 929 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
TORNADO 14 MILES WEST OF LARNED MOVING TOWARD THE EAST AT 25 MILES PER
HOUR. THE TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM WILL BE 3 MILES NORTH OF SANFORD BY 930
PM...4 MILES NORTH OF FRIZELL BY 940 AND 7 MILES NORTH OF LARNED BY
1000 PM.
 
 
THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS STORM.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE IN THE
PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE.
