000 TTAA00 KDDC 091325 RRA SVRDDC KSC145-091400- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DODGE CITY KS 823 AM CDT FRI JUN 9 1995 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DODGE CITY HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 900 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS ...EASTERN PAWNEE COUNTY AT 823 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED TWO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IN EASTERN PAWNEE COUNTY MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH. THE FIRST STORM WAS LOCATED 7 MILES SOUTHWEST OF LARNED AND WILL REACH FRIZELL BY 835 AM AND LARNED BY 840 AM. THE SECOND STORM WAS LOCATED 14 MILES SOUTH OF LARNED AND WILL REACH ZOOK BY 840 AM. THESE STORMS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE HAIL UP TO 3/4 INCH. WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE TO A STRONG BUILDING. DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.
