000 TTAA00 KDDC 270042 RRA SVRDDC KSC185-270130- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DODGE CITY KS 639 PM CST SUN FEB 26 1995 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DODGE CITY HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 730 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS ...STAFFORD COUNTY A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN THE VICINITY OF RADIUM...ABOUT 60 MILES NORTHEAST OF DODGE CITY...IS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT ABOUT 25 MPH. THIS STORM HAS PRODUCED SIZED HAIL AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. THIS STORM WILL BE OVER HUDSON BY 650 PM AND JUST NORTH OF STAFFORD AROUND 7 PM. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM. IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH YOU SHOULD PREPARE FOR DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...LARGE HAIL...AND DEADLY LIGHTNING. PEOPLE OUTSIDE SHOULD MOVE TO A SHELTER... PREFERABLY INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING BUT STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
