...HIGH WIND WARNING FOR ALL OF CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA FOR THIS EVENING
AND TONIGHT...

...LAKE SNOW ADVISORY TONIGHT AND SUNDAY FOR WARREN COUNTY...

A POTENT FALL STORM OVER THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES LATE THIS
AFTERNOON WILL SWEEP NORTHEAST INTO CANADA...AND DRAG A STRONG COLD
FRONT ACROSS ALL OF PENNSYLVANIA THIS EVENING AND TONIGHT. VERY STRONG
WINDS AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS HAVE ALREADY BEEN REPORTED WITH THIS SYSTEM
AND WILL CONTINUE TO ACCOMPANY THE FRONT AS IT MOVES ACROSS THE STATE.

STRONG WINDS OUT OF THE SOUTH WILL GUST BETWEEN 35 AND 50 MPH WITH
GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH POSSIBLE OVER HIGHER ELEVATIONS. AS THE FRONT
PASSES WINDS WILL REMAIN STRONG AND SHIFT TO THE WEST AND NORTHWEST
USHERING IN SHARPLY COLDER TEMPERATURES.

RAIN WILL CHANGE TO SNOW TONIGHT OVER NORTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA WHERE
SEVERAL INCHES OF ACCUMULATION IS POSSIBLE BEFORE MORNING. LAKE
EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS AND SQUALLS WILL THEN DEVELOP PROVIDING THE
POTENTIAL FOR ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS TOMORROW.

MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE CHANGING ROAD
CONDITIONS AND WATCH FOR SLICK ROADS WITH THE WIDE VARIETY OF
WEATHER IN THE AREA.

SECURE LAWN FURNITURE...GARBAGE CANS...OR OTHER OBJECTS WHICH
COULD BE BLOWN ABOUT BY THE WIND. THE STRONG WIND MAY CAUSE POWER
DISRUPTIONS AND HAZARDS TO HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
