IN PENNSYLVANIA ...MCKEAN COUNTY AT 713 PM DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN SOUTHEASTERN MCKEAN COUNTY SOUTHEAST OF SMETHPORT. THE STORM IS MOVING TO WEST AND WILL MOVE ACROSS COLEGROVE AND CLAERMONT AROUND 735 PM. WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING. DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.
