IN PENNSYLVANIA ...FRANKLIN COUNTY AT 10 PM STATE COLLEGE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A CLUSTER OF SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ABOUT 5 MILES NORTHWEST OF CHAMBERSBURG IN FRANKLIN COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES OVER 2 INCHES PER HOUR OF RAIN HAS FALLEN. THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE SLOWLY NORTH THROUGH 11PM PRODUCING LOCALIZED FLOODING PROBLEMS. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE ZWATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
