IN PENNSYLVANIA ...CRAWFORD COUNTY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER SOUTHERN ASHTABULA COUNTY MOVING EAST AT 45 MPH. IT WILL MOVE INTO CRAWFORM COUNTY BY 415 PM. THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY OF PRODUCING HIGH WINDS AND HAIL AND HEAVY RAINS. IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES GET TO A REINFORCED SHELTER AND PREPARE FOR STRONG... DAMAGING WINDS... LARGE HAIL... STRONMG AND POSSIBLY SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPED QUICKLY OVER NORTHERN LORAIN COUNTY JUST BEFORE 2 PM AND A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARCNING IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM FOR LORAIN COUNTY. A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING IS ALSO IN EFFECT ON LAKE ERIE UNTIL 345 PM FROPM VERMILION TO FAIRPORT HARBOR.
