IN OHIO ...ASHTABULA COUNTY AND THE ADJACENT WATERS OF LAKE ERIE AT 430 AM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND INDICATED A POSSIBLE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER SOUTHWEST ASHTABULA COUNTY. THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH AND WILL MOVE THROUGH THE TOWNS OF JEFFERSON AND ANDOVER BY 515 AM. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN. WEATHER SERVICE RADAR AT 130 AM SHOWED A LINE OF STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MOVING THROUGH NORTHERN INDIANA TOWARD OHIO. CONFIRMED TORNADOES HAVE ALSO BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH SOME OF THE STORMS.
