SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  415 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN  PENNSYLVANIA

AND THE ADJACENT WATERS OF LAKE ERIE
 
AT 315 PM EDT NWS DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND INDICATED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM OVER WESTERN ERIE COUNTY NEAR WEST SPRINGFIELD. THE STORM
WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH AND SOME CITIES IN THE PATH OF THE STORM
INCLUDE ERIE AND GIRARD.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
HEAVY RAINS FLOOD ROADS QUICKLY SO DON'T DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE
