IN NORTHEAST OHIO ...SUMMIT COUNTY NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ON THE STARK-SUMMIT COUNTY LINE NEAR CANAL FULTON MOVING NORTH AT 20 MPH.
