000 TTAA00 KCAE 112114 RRA SVRCAE SCC075-079-112200- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE COLUMBIA SC 413 PM EST SAT NOV 11 1995 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN COLUMBIA HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 500 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS... IN SOUTH CAROLINA ...NORTHERN ORANGEBURG COUNTY...RICHLAND COUNTY AT 410 PM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FROM WESTHER KERSHAW COUNTY TO COLUMBIA TO WESTERN ORANGEBURG COUNTY. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE EAST NORHTEAST AT 50 MPH AND HAVE TAKEN DOWN TREES AND POWER LINES. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. REMEMBER SEVE"RE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING. REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS. SJN
