YORK UNTIL 800 PM...

THIS WATCH INCLUDES ST. LAWRENCE...FRANKLIN...CLINTON...AND ESSEX
COUNTIES IN NEW YORK.  THUNDERSTORMS WITH DAMAGING WINDS GREATER THAN
58 MPH AND LARGE HAIL ARE POSSIBLE IN THE WATCH AREA.

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS.  IF ANY SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
DEVELOP WARNINGS WILL BE ISSUED.
