ESSEX COUNTY NEW YORK...

THE NATIONAL SEVERE STORMS FORECAST CENTER IN KANSAS CITY HAS ISSUED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH UNTIL 900 PM TONIGHT FOR
ADDISON...ORANGE...RUTLAND...AND WINDSOR COUNTIES VERMONT AS WELL AS
ESSEX COUNTY NEW YORK.

THUNDERSTORMS IN CENTRAL NEW YORK WILL MOVE INTO THE WATCH AREA BETWEEN
230 AND 300 PM.  THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY HEAVY
