FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

WATER LEVELS CONTINUE TO RISE DUE TO MOUNTAIN RUNOFF SO FLOODING WILL
CONTINUE IN THESE COUNTIES. OF PARTICULAR IMPORTANCE IS THE LAMOILLE
NEAR CAMBRIDGE WHERE WATER IS STILL RISING ON ROUTE 15 WHICH IS CLOSED.
 
DOWNSTREAM RESIDENTS ON THE LAMOILLE...ALL THE WAY TO THE FAIRFAX AREA
ON THE CHITTENDEN AND FRANKLIN COUNTY BORDER SHOULD BE ALERT FOR RISING
WATER WITH FLOODING.
 
IN AND NORTH OF WORCESTER VERMONT...ROUTE 12 IS CLOSED DUE TO FLOOD
WATERS.
 
ALL RESIDENTS IN THESE COUNTIES WHO LIVE ALONG A STREAM OR RIVER SHOULD
BE ALERT FOR RISING WATER AND FLOODING OVERNIGHT. HEED THE ADVICE OF
LOCAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS. IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO
FLOODING.
