STRONG GUSTY WINDS.  SKYWARN SPOTTER REPORTS A LARGE TREE AND WIRES DOWN
IN WEST SPRINGFIELD. THE STORM IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH...AND WILL
MOVE BETWEEN CHICOPEE AND LUDLOW BY 245 PM TO WESTOVER AIR FORCE BASE BY
300 PM.
