IN NORTH CENTRAL CONNECTICUT ...HARTFORD COUNTY...TOLLAND COUNTY AT 815 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES NORTH OF MIDDLETOWN. THIS STORM IS MOVING EAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR. IT WILL REACH MARLBOROUGH BY 830 PM AND COLUMBIA BY 845 PM.
