FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1130 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 920 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHERN CHESHIRE COUNTY NEW HAMPSHIRE. RADAR
INDICATED THAT UP TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN THROUGH 915 PM
EDT.  DEVELOPING THUNDERSTORMS COULD DROP AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2
INCHES OF RAINFALL DURING THE NEXT 2 HOURS.
 
RAPID RISES WILL OCCUR ON THE UPPER CONTOOCOOK RIVER...THE
UPPER ASHUELOT AND WARNER RIVERS.
