IN SOUTHEAST OREGON ...MALHEUR COUNTY A STORM SPOTTER IN BURNS OREGON REPORTED STRONG WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. RADAR INDICATES THIS STORM IS ASSOCIATED WITH A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MOVING THROUGH CENTRAL MALHEUR COUNTY AND SHOULD BE AFFECTING THE AROCK AND DANNER AREAS IN THE NEXT HALF HOUR.
