SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  700 AM CST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN CENTRAL ALABAMA

   ...BIBB COUNTY...PERRY COUNTY

IN WEST CENTRAL ALABAMA

   ...HALE COUNTY

AT 614 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A BAND OF SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS IN THE GREENSBORO AREA. THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST
AT 45 MPH AND WILL MOVE OVER BIBB AND PERRY COUNTIES BY 630 AFFECTING
THE MERTZ...AND MORGAN SPRINGS AREAS.  THESE STORMS WILL ALSO AFFECT
THE GREENSBORO AREA BY 620 AM.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION MOVE TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR
OF YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS.  HEAVY RAINS FLOOD ROADS QUICKLY SO
DON'T DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.
