IN NORTHWEST NORTH DAKOTA ...EASTERN DIVIDE COUNTY...NORTHERN WILLIAMS COUNTY AT 1203 PM CDT WINDS GUSTED TO 62 MPH AT THE AIR PORT IN WILLISTON. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER SOUTHERN WILLIAMS COUNTY WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 60 MPH. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.
