SOUTHWESTERN BOTTINEAU COUNTY REPORTED 3 INCHES OF RAIN SINCE MIDNIGHT
CDT. DOPPLER RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES SHOW 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS
FALLEN SINCE 10 PM CDT ACROSS RENVILLE AND EXTREME SOUTHWEST BOTTINEAU
COUNTIES.
 
EXPECT CREEKS AND RIVERS TO RISE RAPIDLY. A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS
CONTINUES TO PRODUCE HEAVY RAIN AND ANOTHER 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL IS
POSSIBLE DURING THE NEXT 3 HOURS.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
