A COLD FRONT ACROSS EASTERN OHIO THIS MORNING WILL MOVE EAST INTO CENTRAL NEW YORK AND NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. AHEAD OF THIS FRONT...THE SUN HAS BROKEN OUT ACROSS THE CENTRAL SOUTHERN TIER FINGER LAKES AND WESTERN MOHAWK VALLEY OF NEW YORK. THE SUN WILL MAKE AN APPEARANCE BY NOON ACROSS THE SUSQUEHANNA REGION OF NEW YORK AND MUCH OF NORTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA INCLUDING THE SCRANTON WILKES BARRE AREA...WITH THE WESTERN CATSKILLS AND THE POCONOS SEEING PARTLY SUNNY SKIES BY 200 PM.
