IN NEW YORK ...MONROE COUNTY AND ADJACENT WATERS OF THE GREAT LAKES A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS DETECTED BY RADAR NEAR THE ROCHESTER AIRPORT AT 400 PM. IT WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING. DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.
